Top hat inspired by the adorable perchers of the late 1930s and early 1940s. Dark teal velour fur felt with vintage striped ribbon bows, gold metallic lace, velvet ribbon and French veiling.

The felt has been steamed and shaped over a vintage crown and brim block set dating to the WW2 era. The block was fabricated by the Feldman-Buckman Corp and has the most amazing deep "V" shape to the brim back. Very circus or burlesque!
