Top hat inspired by the adorable perchers of the late 1930s and early 1940s. Ivory parasisal straw adorned with structured loops of iridescent fringe trim, wide-rib Italian ribbon band, silk organza rose and English veiling.

The straw has been steamed and shaped over a vintage crown and brim block set dating to the WW2 era. The block was fabricated by the Feldman-Buckman Corp and has the most amazing deep "V" shape to the brim back.
